Verify you’re 23–28
Sign up with your phone, confirm a code, and add your DOB. Every member is age-verified server-side. Squad Packs are gated to this age band by Ikon.
Join or start a group
Browse open groups, or create one and pick a deadline (max 7 days). Joiners attach their ikonpass.com email and authorize their card. Nothing is charged yet.
Organizer buys, receives 4 codes
When 5 riders are in, the Organizer buys the Squad Pack at ikonpass.com. Their Ikon account then shows 4 redemption codes — one per Joiner. The Organizer uploads the order confirmation here and shares each code with the matching Joiner.
Joiners redeem and confirm
Each Joiner redeems their code at ikonpass.com (Ikon verifies age 23–28 at redemption) and confirms here. Only then do we capture payments, return the Organizer’s deposit, and pay them out. Codes expire Dec 31, 2026 — redeem promptly.
How escrow works
Funds in escrow
Cards are authorized via Stripe with manual capture. Money does not actually move until every rider confirms.
No charge if group never fills
If the deadline passes without 5 riders, all card holds are released. You owe nothing.
Reputation per organizer
Every successful group bumps the organizer’s reputation score. Repeat organizers earn trust over time.
Dispute process
Anyone can flag a problem
During the confirm window, any member can open a dispute. Funds freeze automatically — nothing captures, nothing pays out.
Manual review
We review the order confirmation, member statements, and Ikon account state before resolving. No automated payouts on disputed groups.
Outcomes are clear
A dispute resolves in one of two directions: refund all joiners, or release funds to the organizer. There is no middle ground.
